 ON THE ENACTMENT OF THE LAW ON THE STATE LABOUR INSPECTORATE OF                
                    THE REPUBLIC OF LITHUANIA                                   
                                                                                
                                                                                
     The Seimas of the Republic of Lithuania resolves:                          
     1.  To   establish  that   the  Law   on  the  State  Labour               
Inspectorate of  the Republic of Lithuania shall come into effect               
as of  31 December  1994, with the exception of  Par.2 of Article               
4, item 5 of Article 6, Item 6 of Article 7 and Article 22, which               
shall become effective after the Regulations of  the State Labour               
Inspectorate are approved.                                                      
     2. To  instruct the  Ministry of  the  Social  Security  and               
Labour of  the Republic  of Lithuania  to approve until 1 January
