R E S O L U T I O N                                      
                                                                                
  ON THE CO-OPERATION OF THE BALTIC STATES IN THE FIGHT AGAINST                 
                   THE USE OF DOPING IN SPORTS                                  
                                                                                
     The Baltic Assembly                                                        
     resolutely condemning the use of doping in sports,                         
     wishing to combat its widespread abuse,                                    
                                                                                
     recommends that                                                            
                                                                                
     the Baltic  States accede  to the  Council of  Europe  Anti-               
Doping  Convention,  ratifying  it  in  the  parliament  of  each               
country,                                                                        
     they form  the relevant  institutions for  fighting  against               
doping, and                                                                     
     reach an agreement on co-ordinating the anti-doping movement               
of the Baltic States with the Nordic Council.
