SUPREME COUNCIL OF THE REPUBLIC OF LITHUANIA                          
                                                                                
                           RESOLUTION                                           
                                                                                
        REGARDING THE PROCEDURE OF ENFORCEMENT OF THE LAW                       
            ON THE REGULATION OF COLLECTIVE DISPUTES                            
                                                                                
     The Supreme Council of the Republic of Lithuania resolves:                 
     1. To  establish that  the Republic  of Lithuania Law on the               
Regulation of  Collective Disputes  shall enter into force on the               
day of  its adoption  with the  exception of  Section 2  and 4 of               
Article 8  of this  Law which  shall enter into force on 30 April               
1992.                                                                           
     2. To commission the Government of the Republic of Lithuania               
to prepare,  by 30 April 1992, the statutes of Labour Arbitration               
and the Court of the Thirds.
