           ON THE PROCEDURE OF THE ENTRY INTO FORCE OF                          
           THE LAW ON PHARMACEUTICAL ACTIVITIES OF THE                          
           REPUBLIC OF LITHUANIA AND LAWS RELATED TO IT                         
                                                                                
                                                                                
     The Supreme Council of the Republic of Lithuania resolves:                 
     to establish  that the  law on  Pharmaceutical Activities of               
the Republic of Lithuania, the law "On Supplements and Amendments               
of the  Code of  Administrative Violations  of the  Law, Criminal               
Code,  and   Code  of  Criminal  Procedure  of  the  Republic  of               
Lithuania" and  the law  of the  Republic of  Lithuania  "On  the               
Amendment  of   the  Law   on  Enterprises  of  the  Republic  of               
Lithuania", enacted  on 31 January 1991 shall enter into force on
